If you are able to purchase one, I recommend bringing a post-surgical compression vest (e.g., Marena is a good brand and Amazon also offers cheaper options) with you to your 1 week post-op visit. Otherwise, they will put you in a velcro binder and that was very painful for me. Overall, I'm really happy with my results and highly recommend them! "
